Manage clinical field employees to achieve and exceed patient outcomes and sales plans
Recruit, hire, develop, and retain the clinical team
Provide input to the District Sales Manager regarding clinical strategies and plans
Develop clinical goals and objectives for each territory on a fiscal, quarterly, and monthly basis
Report directly to the District Manager and collaborate with the National Clinical Leader
Support the Great Lakes District, including Michigan, Indiana, and portions of Western Ohio
Deliver clinical updates and knowledge to enhance understanding of products
Onboard patients to new and existing products
Oversee HCP training and engagement
Lead and manage CTMs’ clinical competencies
Maintain knowledge of insulin products and emerging technologies
Requirements
A valid registered license in one or more of the following fields: Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian (RD), Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Pharmacist
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of clinical experience OR Advanced Degree and 3 years of clinical experience
Management experience (2+ years with direct reports or 3+ years as a Medtronic Diabetes CTM)
Strong knowledge of diabetes disease state and Medtronic product training/education
Proven leadership, mentoring, and change implementation skills
Effective relationship-building with healthcare providers
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities
Experience planning and executing group trainings
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of professional licensure scope of practice
