Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of upstream marketing activities for the Robotic and Digital Surgery Portfolios.
  • Shape the long-term portfolio vision and drive customer-focused innovation.
  • Ensure excellence in new product launches and collaborate with sales and product teams.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and analyze market data.
  • Manage campaigns and create sales and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • +10 years of progressive experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record in portfolio strategy, product launches, and pricing strategy.
  • Prior experience working in similar large-scale healthcare strategic initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with global and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating matrix organizations and driving alignment across regions.
