Responsibilities
Liderar la estrategia de comercialización en LATAM
Diseñar estrategias de comercialización que integren cuentas estratégicas y distribuidores
Establecer un marco de gobernanza que garantice la alineación de las estrategias de comercialización
Liderar la gestión de cuentas estratégicas regionales
Diseñar soluciones específicas que se alineen con las necesidades de las cuentas estratégicas
Gestionar la red de distribuidores en LATAM
Diseñar y liderar la implementación de estrategias omnicanal
Colaborar con áreas clave como Ventas, Marketing, Finanzas, Operaciones, Legal y Compliance
Monitorear el impacto de las estrategias implementadas utilizando KPIs claros
Requirements
Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Marketing, Ingeniería o áreas relacionadas
Una Maestría (MBA) es altamente deseable
Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo comercial, gestión de cuentas estratégicas, distribuidores o canales omnicanal
Experiencia previa en roles regionales o multiculturales, preferiblemente en LATAM
Experiencia en el sector de dispositivos médicos, tecnología de la salud o industrias relacionadas es un plus
Fluidez en español e inglés (portugués es un plus)
Capacidad para viajar dentro de la región LATAM según sea necesario.
