Responsibilities
Lead business requirement discussions, gathering, evaluating, and documenting business needs
Translate requirements into functional specifications and business process maps for complex solution changes
Participate in project and design reviews to ensure solutions align with Medtronic Global IT policies, principles, and standards
Drive changes and enhancements through the change management process, including change coordination, stakeholder communication, functional unit testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support
Coordinate development and support activities with external partners
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for process and solution documentation
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Service & Repair IT leadership team
Provide 3rd level support for functional SAP-related issues by analysing escalated software concerns and recommending effective solutions
Collaborate within projects across an international, diverse, and challenging environment
Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience or advanced degree and 5+ years of experience
Previous Medtronic experience
Hands-on experience with IT Business Analysis methodologies and tools
Direct configuration experience with SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service modules
Practical experience in WebMethods interface design and implementation
Deep understanding of Service, Sales, and Logistical business processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments
Background in highly regulated and validated environments
Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in easily understandable terms
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, cloud solutions) within business processes
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR)
