About the role

  • Product Manager handling medical billing product at Medserv, collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Focused on product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Product Discovery – Gather and synthesise customer feedback, support tickets, and operational insights to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Roadmap Ownership – Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, making well-reasoned decisions about what to build and when, balancing business value with technical feasibility.
  • Requirements & Documentation – Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents (PRDs) that enable engineering to deliver with confidence.
  • Delivery – Work directly with engineering and QA to drive features through to release, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a key point of contact for product decisions, building strong relationships across the Transformation, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Billing Domain Expertise – Develop a solid understanding of medical billing workflows, including claims processing, remittances, payer rules, and compliance requirements.
  • Data & Metrics – Track key product metrics, analyse billing data, and report on the performance of product initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or operations role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare software (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (Desirable)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar (Desirable)
