Responsibilities
- Completion of the accounts based on the received information from various entities, including patients, hospitals, insurers and clients
- Handling internal and external email/phone queries from various entities, including patients, hospitals, insurers and clients
- Maintaining high level of professionalism, providing precise and accurate information or instruction on further proceedings
- Ensuring quality of claims meets all standards given by insurance companies, clients and hospitals
- Following all rules for certain clients/hospitals during the process in order to achieve maximum reimbursement and a high level of clients' satisfaction
- Become familiar with the various Insurers Schedule of Benefit Ground Rules
- Establishing and maintaining good client and hospital relationships at all levels.
- Ad hoc duties as they arise (clerical duties, such as filing away documentation in an accurate and orderly manner and colleague holiday cover)
- To be able to work in a high-pressure environment ensuring all the tasks are done in an assigned timely manner
