Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to translate strategy and revenue goals into quarterly OKRs and an outcome-based roadmap for your product portfolio.
Define and own the KPI stack for your product area (North Star, input, or other metrics); align definitions with leadership.
Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards and scorecards; run a cadence of weekly metrics updates and monthly business reviews.
Scope and prioritise initiatives based on business value, user impact, and delivery feasibility; build business cases, ROI models, and forecasts.
Align squad PMs and Engineering on measurable outcomes; turn metrics into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Own the product vision and roadmap, making decisions that drive measurable business results
Work closely with paid marketing, content, affiliate, SEO, and YouTube teams to ensure strong alignment and execution
Adapt priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role working closely with project managers/development squads
Strong product instincts and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
Comfortable working with OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps; can tie day-to-day work to business goals.
Able to define and track a small metrics stack (North Star + driver metrics); build simple dashboards and report results clearly.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure success
Ability to prioritise effectively and clearly communicate trade-offs and impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional discussions
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
