Responsibilities
Design static and motion creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
Communication between paid social and design teams, workload management while leading motion graphic design team
Rapidly adapt existing assets and create new iterations to meet urgent paid marketing campaign needs
Localize motion and static assets for different markets and languages
Maintain brand consistency across motion graphics and static assets; follow and evolve visual guidelines
Optimize assets for performance: test variations, apply learnings, and iterate quickly
Explore and integrate generative AI & other tools to speed up production and prototype new video concepts
Requirements
2+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating animation skills and editing techniques
Experience working with paid social ads, understanding of basic performance marketing concepts
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion tools; strong Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
Solid understanding of animation principles and visual effects
Curiosity and enthusiasm for generative AI/video tools and willingness to experiment
Experience in generating AI videos would be a benefit
A strong eye for detail and brand consistency across motion graphics
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast environment
Excellent communication and feedback-handling skills
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
