About the role

  • Professional handling client benefit attendance and interactions in insurance, focused on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels to ensure all clients are served promptly and accurately according to their needs.
  • Serve customers with attentive treatment based on dialogue and understanding of their needs to clarify doubts and provide necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
  • Assist clients with claims and reimbursement requests, via in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the provider network.
  • Perform necessary procedures to conduct market studies by gathering data and information required to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims and loss-ratio indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide clients with policy results.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping during execution of tasks, application of procedures and workflows, to propose actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs and demands, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in insurance, particularly health and dental products, and familiarity with current ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
  • Customer-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, organized, resilient, with logical reasoning and assertive communication.
