About the role

  • Project Manager at M+C Saatchi UK managing integrated, multi-channel projects. Ensuring timely delivery on budget and high creative standards in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of your projects, including creation of timing plans, estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and update relevant teams to ensure projects are appropriately resourced throughout the lifecycle.
  • Monitor and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client and internal expectations.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders, run status meetings, and maintain all project documentation for approvals.
  • Lead kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and integrated production meetings.
  • Work closely with production specialists to inform and approve production decisions where necessary.
  • Prepare and manage estimates, oversee purchasing, and approve invoices for third-party costs as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel projects in a creative or agency environment.
  • Passion for great creative work and technology.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
