About the role

• Drive enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis at McKesson through SAP Analytics Cloud. Collaborate across finance and technology to improve FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAC planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and technology teams to translate business requirements into SAC capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with finance, IT, and business unit stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
• Champion change management initiatives, standardize FP&A data models, and align planning processes across business units.
• Ensure data integrity, manage master data, and oversee data ingestion pipelines for FP&A systems.
• Train users on SAC functionalities, reporting, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems analysis, or related roles within large, complex organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a dynamic environment.
