Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end Supply Chain modernization strategy, aligned to enterprise goals
- Develop and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap

- Identifies and implements tactical solutions that bring high efficiencies and savings
- Aligns, defines and coordinates analytics strategy and AI strategy for Supply Chain

- Own portfolio intake, prioritization, and dependency management across Supply Chain programs
- Partner with Operations and Technology leaders to stabilize legacy platforms while executing transformation
- Communicate progress through MBRs, QBRs, and executive updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain technology, transformation, or large-scale enterprise programs
- Proven leadership of multi-year modernization initiatives in complex, regulated environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and investment portfolios
- Deep understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and operating models
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of AI and experience deploying those technologies on a supply chain environment.
