Requirements

- 4+ years of experience managing direct reports and working in a highly matrixed environment
- Hands-on experience in healthcare industry is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of product technical product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Ability to align product strategy with organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills and experience developing cost-benefit analysis for digitally-based products
- Optional certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Innovation Leader (CIL), Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.
