  • Assistant Director of Operations overseeing community and workforce education programs for Metropolitan Community College. Leading operational functions, data analysis, and compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management and oversight of operational functions for community and workforce education programs.
  • Lead data systems and modernization initiatives to expand program offerings.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budget management, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze and ensure data reporting complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develops and implements effective business plan, departmental budgets, and fiscal procedures to meet Community and Workforce Education goals.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Education Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of full-time experience working in or managing an educational program.
  • Supervisory experience to include coaching, performance management and team dynamics.
  • Ability to travel between campuses for meetings or position responsibilities.
  • Must pass a background check.
