Responsibilities
Handling all administrative tasks on Deeds team.
Timely drafting of deeds and other legal documents.
Timely follow-up and correspondence with all interested parties.
Maintaining paper and electronic files.
Utilization and maintenance of a variety of client systems.
Large amount of customer service driven responsibilities.
Providing regular and timely client status updates.
Continual follow-up on outstanding documents and services.
Ensuring there are no areas of back-log.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
Supporting attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
1-3 years’ administrative experience;

Experience with client systems such as BKFS, Clarifire, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred.
