Requirements
Experience with corporate systems (SAP, Protheus, SISJURI, Dynamics 365 CRM).
Knowledge of Document Management systems (iManage) — desirable.
Basic database knowledge (SQL queries).
Experience with functional testing and support for system acceptance testing.
Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, web services, messaging).
Knowledge of ITIL or incident and problem management practices.
Ability to document technical and functional processes.
Experience working with software and service vendors.
