About the role
- Realizar cadastro e manutenção de clientes no mercado livre de energia. Apoiar áreas internas garantindo a conformidade documental e a atualização de dados.
Responsibilities
- Perform registration, updates, and maintenance of clients, consumption units, and agents in internal and external systems (CCEE, distributors, regulatory portals).
- Ensure document compliance by validating contracts, powers of attorney, registration data, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Regulatory teams, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Identify and flag registration inconsistencies, proposing process improvements.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of registration and documentation workflows.
- Prepare controls, reports, and performance indicators (KPIs) related to the area.
- Analyze corporate documentation: articles of incorporation, minutes, powers of attorney, and bylaws.
Requirements
- Previous experience with client registration, contracts, or operational processes, preferably in the Free Energy Market (Mercado Livre de Energia).
- Familiarity with contractual and regulatory documentation.
- Intermediate Excel skills (controls, validations, status tracking).
- Ability to handle processes, deadlines, and a high volume of tasks.
- Experience analyzing signatures and powers of attorney is a plus.
