About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop formulations for new and reformulated products in collaboration with the R&D coordinator;
- Prepare prototypes and products following defined methodologies;
- Assist in research of new ingredients, packaging and technologies;
- Execute industrial trials and initial production runs using predefined procedures, with support from the coordinator;
- Monitor product development through to the final specification;
- Prepare and review technical documentation for R&D, Quality and Production;
- Prepare spreadsheets to calculate prototype costs to be presented to Marketing (MKT);
- Assist in preparing product data entries for use by Production Planning & Control (PCP), Logistics and the factory;
- Assist in product preparation and sensory evaluation.
Requirements
- Easy access to Embu Guaçu, São Paulo (SP);
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nutrition or Food Science;
- Technical knowledge in food science/technology, processing, formulations, shelf life, R&D workflows and packaging.
