About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing responsiveness and business performance
  • Build industry leading models to understand marketing investments
  • Find the “story” in the data and communicate insights with executives and teams
  • Perform ongoing ad-hoc analyses to evaluate marketing spend efficiency
  • Integrate event data with customer data sources
  • Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the Marketing team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
  • Experience building Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and other marketing measurement techniques
  • Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
  • Ability to execute complex analytics projects with actionable conclusions
  • Proficiency with SQL required
  • Strong coding capabilities, preferably in Python
  • Familiarity with BI concepts and tools, including data pipeline orchestration and dashboard creation
  • Knowledge of statistics, specifically experimental design and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (or equivalents)
  • Familiarity with common marketing KPIs, metrics, and growth experiments
