Responsibilities
- You will be part of the data chapter that works alongside Product, UX and Business teams. Your role will be to turn data into clear guidance for product prioritization and evolution.
- Use advanced SQL to explore data and produce strategic analyses.
- Support prioritization of requests based on financial impact and customer experience.
- Work with business metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, efficiency and profitability.
- Help structure and monitor validations of new initiatives (phased rollouts, metric tracking and recommendations to scale or adjust).
- Identify opportunities to improve current journeys and translate them into clear hypotheses.
- Connect numbers to decisions — influencing PMs, UX and stakeholders.
- You will not just be someone who answers questions. We expect someone who challenges assumptions and asks the right questions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex analyses
- Experience analyzing business metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Experience with product planning, strategy or product management (digital or otherwise)
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Systems thinking and an understanding of financial impact
- Prior experience with digital navigation data or Product Analytics is not required. We teach our structure and tools. The most important things are your analytical ability, product mindset and business understanding.
