Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD preferable) in which extensive use of data science or statistics was needed for the completion of a thesis or dissertation
- At least 3 years of post-education experience either teaching data science or applying data science in an industry or otherwise applied setting
- Comfort with emerging technologies and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner suitable for the target audience
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with good organisation and time-management skills
- Willingness to work remotely, very important. Must be eligible for employment in South Africa.
