About the role
- Intern in Design at MASP, focusing on graphic layouts and collaborating with HR for institutional visuals.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating and developing the museum's institutional pieces, with a focus on internal communication;
- Develop layouts for printed and digital materials;
- Organize and update files, templates, and image libraries;
- Assist in adapting visual identities and applying the brand guidelines;
- Work directly with Human Resources and, occasionally, with other museum departments.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Design, Architecture, or related fields;
- Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma;
- Basic graphic design principles: composition, visual hierarchy, contrast, balance, alignment;
- Image editing and preparation/finalization of digital and print files;
- Organized and able to meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn;
- Ability to work collaboratively;
- Ability to read and interpret briefs;
- Maintain visual consistency and brand identity;
- Adapt designs for different formats and channels;
- Basic motion knowledge is a plus (After Effects / simple animation);
- Good communication skills.
