About the role
- Projektmanager responsible for managing interior design and furniture construction projects in a hybrid role. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Overall project responsibility for demanding interior design and furniture construction projects
- Primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and project partners
- Financial management of projects including cost, schedule, cash flow and quality control
- Responsibility for claims and change-order management (in coordination with on-site construction management)
- Ensuring adherence to defined project objectives
- Selection of suitable subcontractors and active coordination of their services to ensure a smooth project workflow
- Close collaboration with internal project teams (Cost Engineers, Executive Management)
Requirements
- Completed degree in Wood Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a technician qualification with relevant professional experience
- Structured, solution-oriented thinking and way of working
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Excellent MS Office skills; MS Project desirable
- Confident use of Gantt charts
