About the role
- Project Manager handling interior design and furniture construction projects at Marwio GmbH. Responsible for project management, client coordination, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Overall project responsibility for sophisticated interior and furniture construction projects
- Central point of contact for clients, suppliers and project partners
- Commercial/project financial management of projects, including cost, schedule, liquidity and quality control
- Responsibility for claims and change order management (in coordination with on-site construction management)
- Ensuring adherence to defined project objectives
- Selection of suitable subcontractors and active coordination of their services to ensure smooth project execution
- Close collaboration with internal project teams (Cost Engineers, Executive Management)
Requirements
- Degree in Wood/Timber Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or technician qualification (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- Structured, solution-oriented thinking and working style
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Very good MS Office skills; MS Project desirable
- Confident in working with Gantt charts
