About the role

  • Director of Brand overseeing Maropost's brand strategy and developing campaigns for global reach. Leading creative efforts and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee Maropost's worldwide brand strategy, including brand architecture, positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Oversee and execute the development and implementation of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across various channels.
  • Own the brand guidelines, ensuring all teams are enabled to use them successfully.
  • Match brand initiatives with GTM strategy and business priorities, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Oversee design and creative to produce world-class visual storytelling for product launches and events.
  • Develop integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness and stimulate interaction by collaborating with the Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of brand, creative, or marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success developing and scaling global brand strategy in high-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in visual identity systems, storytelling, and multi-channel brand execution.
  • Experience managing external creative resources, agencies, and production partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows and an eagerness to leverage innovation in brand development.
