About the role

- Monitor agency production and performance, enabling segmentation and channel value proposition alignment.
- Support the implementation of business development tools and infrastructure to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions, talent forums, and cross-regional assessments to refine BD strategy.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in BI, analytics, or business development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Excel).
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, visualization and automation.
- Skilled in developing automated workflows and scripts to streamline data processing and reporting.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data warehouse technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, or actuarial domains (preferred).
