Responsibilities
- Partner to define, then deliver, implement, and maintain the Insurance and Affinity technology strategy and portfolio planning to drive Manulife business goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 + years of technology leadership and strategy execution experience for large scale organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a technology strategy and tactics to drive business goals, in collaboration with external and internal partners.
- Exceptional communications judgement and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills (PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A comprehensive knowledge of project accounting and reporting, capitalization, financial, planning & analysis functions and activities.
- Knowledge of IT function, business practices and controls, and accounting/audit principles which apply to financial companies and the area of expense management and initiative management.
- Strong budgeting and financial skills.
