About the role

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in digital product delivery
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in Retail and/or Institutional Asset Management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Understanding of digital marketing technologies
  • Good understanding of Martech and Marketing Enablement technologies
  • Experience with Adobe tech stack is a huge plus
  • Experience employing AI technologies for product innovation
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
