About the role

• AI Operations Consultant supporting the creation and governance of AI solutions for a consultancy focused on social innovation. Maintaining quality and efficiency in AI processes and documenting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, updating, maintenance and governance of artificial intelligence solutions;
• Create, review, audit and maintain prompts, ensuring versioning, documentation and alignment with defined objectives;
• Maintain version control, change history, dates and owners for solutions;
• Conduct periodic audits to identify obsolete, duplicated or improvement-needed solutions;
• Ensure all solutions have clear, up-to-date and traceable documentation;
• Continuously research LLMs, prompting techniques, automations, actions and new AI tools;
• Test new approaches, tools and models, documenting learnings, limitations and recommendations;
• Create, document and maintain reusable actions for AI-based solutions;
• Develop, maintain and optimize automations, especially using n8n;
• Integrate tools, APIs and operational flows to automate internal processes;
• Perform testing, validation and quality control before releasing or updating solutions;
• Manage tools, subscriptions, APIs, usage, credits and costs;
• Create and maintain management spreadsheets for operational and financial control;
• Produce periodic reports on API consumption, tool usage, productivity and project status;
• Create, organize and maintain technical, operational and process documentation;
• Organize drives, folders and files, ensuring clarity, standardization and easy access to information;
• Support information security best practices and access controls;
• Organize and track requests, priorities and deadlines, acting as an interface with different departments;
• Propose continuous improvements to workflows, organization, documentation and automations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, LLMs, prompting or automations
• Highly organized, with strong attention to processes, documentation and controls
• Analytical mindset and systems thinking
• Autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Experience with automation tools, such as n8n
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Experience with cost monitoring, management spreadsheets and operational organization
• Experience working in technology, innovation or business-applied AI environments
