- Total cost of ownership of the platform
- Platform upgrades – where applicable
- Own and maintain the strategy and roadmap of the platform & the applications
- Collaborate with wider teams and ensures business outcomes are achieved
- Work with and oversee 3rd party suppliers to ensure all the above are delivered as per the agreements
