Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership and 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven experience leading remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong background in software engineering, with a track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, Go, React, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex, ambiguous technical and organizational challenges
- Ability to define, communicate, and execute on a clear technical vision for the team
- Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and grow engineering teams, supporting both career development and high performance
- Experience with modern technology trends such as Data Engineering and developer productivity tooling is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of public cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as React and Spring is a plus
