About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment or energy efficiency
- Preparation of detailed tender documentation

- Monitoring the scope of services with regard to contract volume, quality, schedules and costs, and handling change order management

Requirements
- University degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience as a construction/site manager
- Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Confident knowledge of regulations such as the VOB and proficiency with IT tools (quantity surveying/costing software iTWO)
