About the role

• Ausbildung in Technisches Produktdesign mit Schwerpunkt digitale Konstruktion in einem innovativen Team. Unterstütze Kunden bei der Optimierung digitaler Produktentstehungsprozesse.

Responsibilities

• You will support our team in optimizing the digital design processes of manufacturing companies — gaining insight into digital product development processes (from the initial idea and 3D model through to the technical drawing) of our clients.
• You will become well-acquainted with the CAD software we use (Siemens NX, SolidEdge) and learn how to optimally link dimensions, data, and design techniques.
• Together with your team, you will support day-to-day operations as we work to elevate digital design to the next level.
• You will gain exposure to Customer Service, Software Quality Assurance, CAD/PLM Consulting, and Business Development.
• You will complete practical exercises aligned with vocational school curricula and, during your placement in a client training workshop, receive direct insights into traditional manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• You have a university entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or A-levels (Abitur), either already completed or imminent.
• You have a strong interest in design and are eager to learn CAD software, work your way into technical contexts, and truly understand them so you can competently support customers.
• Your strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable addition to any team.
• Commitment, the ability to work independently, and teamwork are natural to you.
