About the role
- Senior Designer: Packaging role at IQVIA creating high-impact designs and managing projects. Collaborating with international teams to deliver outstanding creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creating high-impact designs that are both visually stunning as well as conceptualy and strategically sound.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, helping to deliver to our customers the ‘best + beyond’ creative solution in the most efficient manner.
- Translating brand strategy into design that’s clear, compelling, and commercially effective.
- Working with Creative Directors in the UK and Netherlands to bring ideas to life.
- Working closely with Client Service teams and fellow creatives to ensure every project exceeds client expectation.
- Inspiring and mentoring junior creatives and helping to raise the creative bar across the agency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or similar degree - mandatory
- 5-7 years of experience in creative or design within an agency or in-house creative team - mandatory
- Strong understanding of creative deliverables across design and digital production.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Digital portfolio required at time of application.
- Fluent English speaker - bilingual or professional proficiency.
- A high level of competence of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI and a desire to keep up with the latest technology and AI capabilities.
