About the role
- Manage internal ERP projects from concept to rollout within a hybrid work model. Collaborate closely with the ERP Business Unit and motivate teams to meet project goals.
Responsibilities
- You take responsibility for internal ERP projects – from concept to successful rollout
- You motivate colleagues to actively contribute and ensure projects progress alongside day-to-day operations
- You manage projects from the end-user perspective and work closely with our internal ERP Business Unit
- You expand our internal standards for requirements management, release management, and training concepts
- You support the integration of new M&A acquisitions and coordinate interfaces to CRM, ticketing, and other systems
- You understand processes, systems, and people as a whole – and align them accordingly
Requirements
- You have experience in project management – ideally in an ERP environment – and confidently manage projects across departments and countries
- As an ERP consultant or through your project experience, you can realistically assess requirements and solution approaches
- You not only understand business processes but can also map them in the ERP system
- Communication, facilitation, and empathy are among your greatest strengths – you bring people together and keep projects moving
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and remain focused even in complex situations
- And: You are eager to actively shape internal processes and willing to travel between our locations occasionally.
