About the role
- DMS-Archiv & Workflow Consultant coordinating and implementing document management projects for various clients. Leading workshops and ensuring sustainable use of digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis & consulting: You analyze the business and technical requirements of our clients and translate them into well-thought-out, practical DMS and workflow solutions.
- Project implementation & system rollout: You independently plan and execute DMS projects with solutions such as EASY/PROXESS or OTRIS – including integration with abas ERP or Comarch ERP.
- Sub-project leadership & coordination: You take responsibility for sub-projects, manage tasks, schedules and alignments, and maintain oversight from conception through go-live.
- Workshops & enablement: You conduct workshops, trainings and user enablement sessions – remotely or on-site at the client – ensuring sustainable adoption of the solutions.
- Central contact for digitalization: You act as a trusted sparring partner for our clients on document management, workflows and digital business processes and proactively contribute your ideas.
Requirements
- Initial experience in consulting – ideally in a software or IT environment
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Familiarity with SQL databases and Windows systems
- Ability to work in a structured way and strong customer communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently, both remotely and on client premises
