About the role

  • Product Manager focusing on cross-platform workflows for a digital investigative software company. Collaborating with teams to deliver actionable insights and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Management and organization leaders to identify and prioritize cross-platform workflows that deliver the greatest customer and market impact.
  • Define end-to-end workflows, write detailed user stories, and establish performance and usability criteria.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate requirements gathering, user story creation, and specification development, ensuring clarity and completeness while improving efficiency.
  • Understand external data tools and their current management—define the best approach to onboard and process their outputs within the platform.
  • Plan and execute beta and early access programs, gather feedback, and prioritize fixes and enhancements.
  • Report initiative performance to executive stakeholders, track progress against KPIs, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and other PMs to ensure experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with key personas.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in platform or data-driven SaaS Enterprise products with a strong visualization/analysis component.
  • Ability to understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations; prior technical experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for requirements gathering, user story generation, and specification writing. Familiarity with prompt engineering and leveraging AI for accelerating product documentation and ideation.
  • Skilled at interpreting market data, customer insights, and usage metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a track record of delivering complex, multi-component projects.
