Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Product Management and organization leaders to identify and prioritize cross-platform workflows that deliver the greatest customer and market impact.

Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate requirements gathering, user story creation, and specification development, ensuring clarity and completeness while improving efficiency.
Understand external data tools and their current management—define the best approach to onboard and process their outputs within the platform.
Plan and execute beta and early access programs, gather feedback, and prioritize fixes and enhancements.
Report initiative performance to executive stakeholders, track progress against KPIs, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
Partner with engineering, UX, and other PMs to ensure experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with key personas.
5+ years in product management, ideally in platform or data-driven SaaS Enterprise products with a strong visualization/analysis component.
Ability to understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations; prior technical experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for requirements gathering, user story generation, and specification writing. Familiarity with prompt engineering and leveraging AI for accelerating product documentation and ideation.
Skilled at interpreting market data, customer insights, and usage metrics to drive decisions.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Highly organized with a track record of delivering complex, multi-component projects.
