About the role
- Project Accountant managing financial documentation for MMFS projects and collaborating with suppliers. Ensuring accurate invoicing and budget management within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper budgetary documentation for MMFS projects.
- Understand and complete change orders and payroll and invoice documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate financial information.
- Report to Project Accountant Manager on a collaborative team.
- Create and submit invoices with required documents to customers.
- Collect outstanding invoices.
- Process transfers and new jobs/change orders.

Requirements
- A track record of handling project specific documentation
- Experience with multiple computer and accounting programs
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or 3 years of accounting experience.
