Responsibilities
- Handling medium- and high-complexity cases and a strategic caseload;
- Drafting procedural pleadings for all stages of proceedings;
- Representing the firm in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Public Labour Prosecutor's Office);
- Conducting hearings and presenting oral arguments;
- Advising on routine matters and on specific projects.
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent);
- Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Advanced English is a plus;
- Experience in strategic litigation.
