Responsibilities
Responsible for the directors' agenda, organizing weekly meetings with other company departments
Organize and manage directors' calendars in Outlook with weekly planning
Coordinate travel arrangements (booking and issuing airline tickets/accommodations)
Support the organization of company events and celebrations when director participation is required
Expense reporting, reimbursement requests, and expense control
Management of documents and correspondence
Liaise with other company secretaries
Communicate with other company executives
Open client matters: receive requests from the area's lawyers and partners, verify relevant information, and enter it into the appropriate system
Maintain contact records and perform ongoing updates in the CRM platform
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Executive Assistance, or a related field (required)
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as an Executive/Director-level Secretary or Executive Assistant (required)
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (required)
Advanced English for international communication (required)
