Responsibilities
Assist customers in Spanish, ensuring personalized, high-quality service;
Provide detailed information about vehicle rentals, services offered, timelines and company policies, ensuring all customer inquiries are clarified;
Guide customers in using systems, apps and digital platforms, improving the user experience and promoting self-sufficiency;
Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible, demonstrating proactivity and efficiency in problem-solving;
Investigate cases requiring access to internal systems, interdepartmental validations or document analysis, ensuring accurate and complete resolution;
Perform financial adjustments, reprocessings and regularizations, maintaining transaction integrity and accuracy;
Forward and follow up on requests with other company departments, ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and effectively;
Support field teams, branches and partners involved in international operations, fostering collaboration and information sharing;
Ensure customers clearly understand the next steps, when applicable, providing transparent and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven fluency in Spanish (spoken and written);
High school diploma (university studies in progress preferred);
Previous experience in customer service or related areas;
Clear, empathetic and solution-oriented communication skills;
Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
