About the role

  • Lead Product Analytics role to enhance product usage insights through analytics enablement at Lytx. Collaborating with multiple teams to improve understanding of user behavior and supporting decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own product analytics enablement across PM and UX: training, office hours, documentation, and playbooks that drive consistent, self-serve analysis.
  • Establish protocols and methodologies for insight generation (metric definitions, segmentation standards, cohort approaches, interpretation guidelines, and decision-ready storytelling).
  • Design and operationalize an insights pipeline that makes product analytics usable through AI tools (ex. Copilot), enabling Product Managers to use AI as a thought partner that can retrieve trusted, up-to-date metrics and customer context from Pendo, Redshift, and adjacent systems to support decision-making and narrative building.
  • Manage governance for our analytics ecosystem, including naming conventions, taxonomy, data quality practices, and business processes across tools and data sources (Pendo, Redshift, New Relic, Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau, Productboard, Dovetail, Gong).
  • Build and maintain scalable self-serve assets: dashboards, vetted reports, reusable segments, and measurement templates aligned to the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product on instrumentation strategy and ongoing analytics health (tagging, tracking plans, QA, and issue prevention).
  • Deliver advanced analysis and executive-facing insights by connecting product usage signals with warehouse data (Redshift) and customer context (Salesforce and NetSuite).
  • Balance local execution speed with global consistency by partnering with India-based product leadership while maintaining shared standards and definitions.
  • Collaborate with product management to establish standard success metrics for product adoption and commercial success.

Requirements

  • 8 years experience in product analytics or user behavior analysis in a SaaS or product-led environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to enable non-analyst stakeholders through coaching, frameworks, and repeatable workflows, while also serving as an expert analyst for complex needs.
  • Strong expertise with Pendo, Amplitude or equivalent tools and the ability to implement global governance, taxonomy, and scalable reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse (Redshift preferred).
  • Familiarity with event instrumentation strategy and partnering with Engineering on specialty tracking plans.
  • Experience connecting product usage to business outcomes (retention, expansion, onboarding success, support deflection).
  • Working familiarity with adjacent tools and data sources such as New Relic, Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau, Productboard, Dovetail, and Gong (or equivalent).

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Telehealth
  • 401(k) and 401(k) match
  • Life and AD&D insurance
