- You will be part of the data chapter that works alongside Product, UX and Business teams. Your role will be to turn data into clear guidance for prioritization and product evolution.
- Use SQL at an advanced level to explore data and produce strategic analyses;
- Support prioritization of requests based on financial impact and customer experience;
- Work with business metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, efficiency and profitability;
- Help design and monitor validations of new initiatives (gradual rollout, metric tracking and recommendations to scale or adjust);
- Identify opportunities to improve current journeys and turn them into clear hypotheses;
- Connect numbers to decisions — influencing PMs, UX and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong mastery of SQL for complex analyses;
- Experience analyzing business metrics and making data-driven decisions;
- Experience with product planning, strategy or product management (digital or otherwise);
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations;
- Systemic thinking and an understanding of financial impact.
