About the role
- Logistics Manager overseeing supply chain operations for LyondellBasell. Responsible for managing logistics personnel, operations, and stock levels in Vadodara, India.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate transfer to warehousing & sharing plan for transfer of RM from warehouse, dispatch to customers, production planning and raw material procurement.

- Ensure production planning to meet customer requirement timely and avoid over stock.
- Providing coaching and training to Logistics staff for career development.
- Drive culture of motivating employees through R&R to deliver results.
- Analyzing logistical problems and providing solutions.
- Overall management of FG warehouse, ensure storage of raw materials and FG in identifiable manner, follow FIFO in raw materials and FG.
- Organize Perpetual stock count.
- Overall management of transporters, utilizing services well.
Requirements
- Degree-holder, preferably Master in Supply Chain area
- More than 10 years relevant work experience in Supply chain management or Logistics
- Self-driven, good people management skill, should drive results in Logistics managing team members well, should have innovative approach for making improvements.
- Good negotiation skill
- Good command of MS Office (excel), experience of SAP
