Responsibilities
You are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues via phone and email.
Supporting and onboarding clients with the technical details of the trading software.
Addressing clients' technical questions about financial products by phone and email.
There are no sales calls or cold-calling here – clients come to you.
Requirements
You have initial work experience in telephone-based customer contact.
Experience at a bank or in financial services is a plus but not required.
You are interested in international financial markets and financial products.
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
English skills are an advantage.
You are comfortable using a PC and have an affinity for the internet and software.
