- Risk & Compliance Officer enhancing governance for financial compliance at LYNX. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing risk frameworks in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities
- Als Risk & Compliance Officer ben jij een cruciale schakel in het bewaken en verbeteren van onze risk- en compliance-structuren
- Je opereert vanuit de tweede lijn en werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie
- Je coördineert het incident managementproces, inclusief registratie, onderzoek, opvolging en rapportage
- Beheren en actualiseren van alle risico’s in het Risk Dashboard / GRC-tool
- Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling, evaluatie en verfijning van interne risk- en control frameworks
- Bijdragen als Compliance Monitoring Officer
- Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits, toezichthouderrapportages en de voorbereiding van risk- en compliance-commissies
- Actief samenwerken met Finance Audit Compliance, IT, Operations en Legal om een sterke risk & control cultuur te bevorderen
Requirements
- Je beschikt over een Master opleiding in Finance, Economie, Risk Management, Rechten of een vergelijkbare richting
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan ten minste 2 jaar binnen risk management of compliance, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector of brokerage-omgeving
- Je bent analytisch sterk en in staat om risico's scherp te beoordelen
- Je hebt een gedegen kennis van risk- en control frameworks en bent bekend met Europese regelgeving zoals IFD, IFR, MiFIR, MiFID II en AMLD
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden en hebt oog voor detail
- Je communiceert helder en effectief en weet complexe onderwerpen begrijpelijk te maken
- Je bent vaardig in Microsoft Excel; ervaring met BI-tools of GRC-platformen is een pré.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels; extra Europese talen zijn een plus.
