About the role

Responsibilities
- Work within a cross-cutting architecture group that provides services to R&D teams across all product units
- Partner with engineering leaders to develop a comprehensive architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
- Provide detailed technical specifications and define architectural approaches
- Develop architectural POCs, research technical innovations, and evaluate new technologies
- Provide technical and methodological guidance to teams, communicating implementation alternatives and trade-offs
- Design and implement enhancements to our existing products
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture design
- Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, AWS, microservices, and service-oriented architectures
- Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C# and familiarity with Go (Golang)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders and clients
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and infrastructures, evaluate them, and recommend optimal solutions
- Passionate about designing and building software product architecture
- Committed to delivering high-quality, secure code and participating in design and code reviews
- Fluent English required
- Experience with LLMs and Generative AI
