Responsibilities
Work within a cross-cutting architecture group that provides services to R&D teams across all product units
Partner with engineering leaders to develop a comprehensive architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
Provide detailed technical specifications and define architectural approaches
Develop architectural POCs, research technical innovations, and evaluate new technologies
Provide technical and methodological guidance to teams, communicating implementation alternatives and trade-offs
Design and implement enhancements to our existing products
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software development and architecture design
Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, AWS, microservices, and service-oriented architectures
Hands-on experience with modern software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git
Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C# and familiarity with Go (Golang)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders and clients
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and infrastructures, evaluate them, and recommend optimal solutions
Passionate about designing and building software product architecture
Committed to delivering high-quality, secure code and participating in design and code reviews
Fluent English required
Experience with LLMs and Generative AI
