About the role
- Coordinateur logistique overseeing logistics operations for luxury brands with international imports and exports. Involves process development and supply chain optimization across modalities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee logistical monitoring in coordination with our Hong Kong and China subsidiaries
- Validate delivery documents specific to each client’s requirements
- Implement processes with subcontractors
- Manage multimodal logistics operations: air, sea, rail and road
- Optimize procurement costs with our logistics partners (freight forwarders and carriers)
- Arrange and schedule domestic, European and international freight (IMPORT/EXPORT): booking and tracking shipments to destination according to client Incoterms (EXW to DDP)
- Manage and monitor flows and communications with clients for each project
- Strong knowledge of nomenclatures and customs duties: HS Codes, Incoterms, documentary packages; ensure monitoring of applicable material certifications
- Manage client stock held in our warehouses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac+2/3) in Logistics / Transport
- BTS in International Trade
- Responsible, dynamic, versatile, flexible, rigorous, autonomous and team-oriented
- Good verbal communication, attention to detail and accuracy, curious mindset and strong work capacity
- Organized, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and ERP systems (SAGE)
- Good level of English – B1 (reading, writing, speaking).
