Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process
- Support the SI&OP 6-step monthly cycle by conducting reviews and meetings
- Engage with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Oversee development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborate to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to SI&OP
- Identify and address potential supply chain bottlenecks
- Conduct regular SI&OP meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations on SI&OP performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Experience with Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP)
- 5+ years of experience developing or deploying analytical models and/or forecasts
- Experience working in Service Parts Management (SPM)
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP Supply Chain systems
