About the role

  • Senior Marketing Executive at LUXASIA enhancing brand awareness and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives across various platforms. Collaborating with teams for innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute purposeful 360 marketing plans to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers and retain existing shoppers, to drive business growth across all available points of sale.
  • Social media content ideation and creation through basic photography and editing.
  • Manage given Advertising & Promotion budget and manage ROI tracking.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and own end-to-end monthly campaign coordination and execution.
  • Ensure VM changes are executed on a timely manner for new launches.
  • Leverage marketing tools and platforms available like social media, ecommerce and CRM, to drive continuous brand activities and updates.
  • Execute public relations-related tasks such as seeding, identifying and maintaining relationships with a curated list of media partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
  • End-to-end planning, execution and coordination of:
  • Exciting off-site brand-building events like launch events for media.
  • Engaging in-store shopping activations for consumers and VIPs.
  • Pop-ups within malls for incremental sales, prospecting and awareness.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as retailers and source strategic partners to push the boundaries to create new and exciting brand experiences.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and foster strategic partnerships with malls, partners and retailers; to constantly reach out to new potential customers.
  • Constant market research against industry experts and competitors to analyse trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Review and analyse all marketing activities and objectives through various monthly reports that will be presented to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales trends with Marketing Manager and Business Manager, to plan and execute a series of activities and in-store promotions to drive sales.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders like vendors to coordinate and execute necessary small and large-scale VM changes, or request repair and maintenance services for existing fixtures.
  • Support with contractor and agency management such as briefing, getting quotations, on specific brand needs, then follow up on with execution of the project.
  • Manage library of assets to ensure all campaign visuals, marketing guides and necessary information are downloaded and updated on time.
  • Manage product launches across multiple eCommerce touchpoints where necessary.
  • Manage sample and tester stocks for loans, photoshoot, events, gifting and other uses.
  • Raise PO and process invoices for marketing-related A&P spend.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder specializing in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in Beauty industry.
  • Possesses advance creative level proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic photography, videography and editing skills will be integral.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
